Saint Spyridon

This authentic icon is part of the “MT. ATHOS EXCLUSIVE” series, which includes only selected artworks made by Holy Fathers in the Iconographic studio of Saint Gregoriou Monastery in Mount Athos.

They are processed and replicated with high detail and top quality with respect to the Byzantine tradition and style. All Icon panels are covered with Natural Oak Wood and the reproduction is according to Museum print standards. The background is made of Gold leaves which are applied by hand. In the back there is also a Mounting point. In the back of the large sizes (11.0×14.9 in. or 28×38 cm. and 15.75×23.62 in. or 40x60cm) we replace the stand with two solid struts in order to reinforce the icon and avoid future warping.

These unique ICONS are made and distributed EXCLUSIVELY by IMPERIAL ICONS. They are available only in our E-shop and you won’t find them anywhere else.
