Alex was great, she insured that I would get my icon before Pascha and I did, actually 4 days before. Most places I looked at would have it done at least 2 weeks afterwards. The icon was right in my price range and looks great. Overall, it was a great purchase, very happy with everything about it! Unfortunately cannot upload a current picture of it because it’s being blessed at my church!
The item matched all expectations I had for it, it was beautifully packaged I don't think it could be damaged in shipping if thrown. I needed it before Easter and let that be known and he assured me it would be, arrived 2 days after being shipped initially. Overall awesome experience for a great item.
